The RYWAL-RHC Group offers comprehensive warranty and aftersales services of welding, grinding and cutting equipment. We also service welding gas equipment - torches and reducers.

We also provide periodic inspection services for the above-mentioned equipment under the "Safety" programme in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Economy of 27.04.2001 on occupational health and safety in welding work.

Our team of 46 service engineers are high-class specialists with electric power and gas licenses, both operating and supervision, SEP Group 1 and Group 3. They improve their theoretical and practical knowledge during regular training courses at equipment manufacturers and in-house. Our service engineers also have extensive practical experience in appliance repair, the average experience of service engineer is 11 years of acquiring special skills.

We service all equipment purchased from our company as well as equipment from other manufacturers, holding service authorisation for many brands.

We provide service care nationwide from 17 service branches. We repair the equipment both at the branches and at the customer's site, offering short repair times. In addition, we also offer transport of equipment. Upon individual request, we provide replacement devices for the duration of the repair. Our service engineers provide support in selecting the right equipment and its operation.
